Named after the Applecross street in “Mr. Milk,” KINTAIL ROAD KIDS are die-hard fans who nail the tone, swagger and heart of one of Australia’s most beloved rock acts. Having faithfully performed prior records HI FI WAY and HOURLY, DAILY over the years, they're ready to bring long time favourite #4 RECORD to the stage, followed by a second set full of hits and deep cuts spanning the band's career.Recorded in New York City with producer George Drakoulias (Black Crowes, Tom Petty), #4 Record was released in April 1998 and debuted at #1 on the ARIA album charts - their third consecutive #1, a rare feat for an Australian rock band at the time. #4 Record features some of the bands biggest singles: What I Don't Know 'Bout You, Rumble and Heavy Heart.
Opening the show will be Kintail Road Kids' front-man Salv performing a selection of solo Rogers' numbers as well as some more choice You Am I cuts.
This show is a loving celebration of You Am I.
