Join the 14th District and Department of Public Works for a Listening Session on Kinnickinnic Traffic Calming Speeding and reckless driving continue to be an epidemic in the City of Milwaukee. In Bay View, we’ve experienced the devastating effects of this problem on one of our main arterials, S. Kinnickinnic Avenue.
As the Department of Public Works (DPW) prepares to engineer ways to calm traffic on S. Kinnickinnic Avenue between E. Holt Avenue and S. Fulton Street, we want to hear about your experiences in the project area and your suggestions for improvements.

Location: Bay View Library, 2566 S. Kinnickinnic Avenue
At this session, you will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about traffic counts and crash data specific to Kinnickinnic Avenue from DPW
- Understand traffic calming measures and their feasibility on Kinnickinnic Avenue
- Share your experiences on the street and your suggestions for improvements
