KINL Coaching Cadre 2024-2025

This Cadre is designed to support coaches and leaders of teachers in designing and implementing instructional coaching that supports both teacher and student growth.

When done well, Instructional Coaching is a key component of building teacher capacity and improving student learning. Instructional coaches have the unique opportunity to support teachers through job embedded professional development while maintaining a focus on improving student learning outcomes. This Cadre is designed to support coaches in this important work and to help them build bridges for teachers from current instructional practices to desired instructional practices.

Who Should Attend:

The KINL Coaching Cadre is designed for new and veteran Instructional Coaches, Technology Coaches, Integration Coaches, and other leaders responsible for coaching into instructional practices. Participants that attend should have at least some of their daily time dedicated to instructional coaching work in order to make time for planning conversations, co-teaching, and other highly effective coaching moves.

What to Expect:

Throughout this Cadre, you will engage in collaborative and reflective experiences as participants work to

• define our “why” and unpack our roles
• explore coaching models and methods
• learn strategies to engage effectively with adult learners
• focus on digging deep with teachers to create lasting change
• brainstorm moves to sustain coaching work

Pay via Invoice

If you need to pay for your registration via invoice, you may do so by selecting your ticket and then choosing the invoice option at check out.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund.

Please note this event will be held in person. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or situations beyond our control), alternative arrangements will be considered. Thank you for your understanding and enthusiasm for our commitment to in-person engagement.
