KINK PUJA: Ritual of Power, Eros, & Taboo
There is a particular kind of heat that comes from playing with power.
And then if you add in Eros. And Taboo. And Polarities. And Community? Well then wowza, the heat WILL RISE.
Kink is powerful because it plays at the edge. The forbidden amplifies charge. Polarity generates electricity by its very nature. All of this brings us into direct relationship with power itself.
This Kink Puja is an embodiment ritual devoted to exploring these currents in community. It is about learning how to deepen our relationship with power. It’s about refining our capacity to feel, transmit, give and receive Eros, all to let the interactions get even hotter.
Whether you’re entirely new to kink but curious… Or even if you’re a seasoned practitioner… Let’s gather in community to have an experience of power together. To learn how to hold more of it. And to be fed by all the hotness, playfulness, and electricity we’ll generate at the same time.

WHAT IS A KINK PUJA?
A puja originates in the Hindu tradition as a devotional ritual designed to cultivate presence and relationship with the sacred. Tantra later adapted this form into an embodied, relational practice, often using concentric circles and guided encounters to explore energy and connection between people. Our Kink Puja builds upon this lineage as a living, ceremonial structure for embodied exploration of power, Eros, and kink.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our time together will begin with simple grounding, shared agreements, and trust-building as a group. From there, we’ll transition into our Puja-style concentric circles for various guided, partnered experiences. The early explorations focus on getting clear on your yeses, your no’s, and how to communicate what is right for you, creating a strong foundation to build toward your edge.
As the puja progresses, the explorations deepen and grow spicier, drawing from the full range of BDSM energies and flavors. These exercises will be simple and precise, with the focus on the energetics of power, charge, and Eros rather than complexity of form.
Participants may experience both dominant and submissive energies during the ritual, not as fixed identities, but as living currents that move through the body and the relational field.

SHOULD I BRING MY TOYS OR IMPLEMENTS?
No, this puja is intentionally designed to work with the body, attention, and relational energy rather than tools or equipment. We will be exploring the foundations of kink and power through simplicity, sensation, presence, and electricity.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Clothes will stay on throughout the event, but you are definitely invited to wear something that feels sensual, edgy, or evocative for you! It’s always powerful to step outside of your normal attire to meet new aspects of yourself. Just make sure it’s something you can move in comfortably and that makes you feel embodied, confident, and ready to play with power.

WHAT IF I’M SINGLE? DO I NEED TO BRING A PARTNER?
No. This is a communal experience, and the puja format means that connections and partners for practice are built into the structure of the day.

IS THIS GOOD FOR PEOPLE IN PARTNERSHIPS?
Yes. This can be a powerful way to bring fresh charge, clarity, and playfulness into an existing relationship. Couples are welcome to stay together for partnered practices if they wish, and/or you may also choose to explore beyond your partnership in clear, consent-based ways if that feels aligned. Both options can deepen intimacy and skill with power.

WILL THIS SPACE BE HETERONORMATIVE?
No. All genders, orientations, and expressions are welcome. We are exploring Eros and kink as birthright energy, electricity, power, and aliveness, and how it moves through bodies and between people in many different forms.

IS THIS WORKSHOP TRAUMA-INFORMED?
Yes. Christina brings over twenty years of experience working with the nervous system, and the structure of the puja is designed to honor your body’s signals. Practices unfold gradually, with choice and pacing built in so you can explore at your own rhythm. However, if you are currently navigating acute trauma, perhaps one-on-one therapeutic support may be a better fit.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH KINK?
You are welcome here. This could actually be the perfect place to start! This experience offers a solid entry point into the world of kink, with strong foundational skills learned through a somatic, body-based approach. And you’ll also be exposed to a wide range of kink flavors, giving you the opportunity to feel into what resonates for you and what you want to explore further.

WHAT IF I HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH KINK ALREADY?
This offering is designed to complement, not replace, your existing experience. I have heard from seasoned kink practitioners that exploring power through this puja format actually revealed nuances of dominance, surrender, and presence that they had not encountered even in elaborate scenes! So please join us for this beautiful opportunity of a communal exploration.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Christina Morassi is devoted to initiating people into their deepest power and purpose. She has over twenty years of experience facilitating embodied transformation work, rooted in the healing arts and nervous system awareness, with a long-standing passion exploring the taboo. After building a highly successful coaching business, Christina stepped away to follow a deeper call of soul, where eros, truth, and purpose converge. She now guides visionary leaders to build soul-aligned lives and businesses, working with Eros as raw life force that fuels creativity, intimacy, and real change. Originally from Western MA, Christina spent many years living in California and traveling internationally before returning to the area in the past year, where she is now rooted, local, and grateful to be offering this work in community.
