Kings of Hearts Live Event: Exploring And Celebrating The Father Archetype

The Kings of Hearts created Heart-to-Heart events to dive deep into masculinity, men's mental health, and how it impacts the community. This event is open to everyone (not just to men).

Each event brings in a different topic, and in this one, we will be exploring aspects of the Father Archetype:

• The impact our fathers (and their fathers) or older male role models have had on us
• Exploring the Light vs Shadow aspects
• Discussing fears of fatherhood
• Ways men can embody this energy in a healthy way (whether they are a father or not)
• Celebrating the healthy experiences of fatherhood and how to carry the torch moving forward.

At the Kings of Hearts, our commitment is to create a safe and brave container for all who join us.

So what do we mean by safe?

Safe is a space of non-judgment, curiosity, mutual respect, deep listening, and acknowledgment for one another.

What do we mean by brave?

Brave is a call forward to lean into uncomfortable conversations, and the courage to talk about what's important (even if it is awkward or inconvenient). Brave means to feel fear and move forward anyway. It is standing up for something bigger than ourselves.

• Looking for new people to connect with
• Craving depth and thought-provoking conversation

• Needing a safe and brave space to express yourself
• Curious about how to better yourself

This event will be held at Starborn (Community Space). Our friends there have generously offered their space for this event. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by someone from our team. There is 2-hour free parking out front and unzoned parking all up 21 ave.

Guests are to come through the backyard wooden gate #104, not the main lobby.

Are $15 per person and proceeds from ticket purchases go back to our organizational programs such as future workshops, retreats, and community events.
