KingdomPreneur Workshops (Spring 2025)

The Park Financial Institute KingdomPreneur Team at The Park Church will launch its inaugural series of workshops designed to help you achieve your individual business goals – from creating a business plan to understanding the key components of succession planning.
Series 1 will consist of six (6) workshops and will be facilitated twice monthly, every 1st Tuesday at 6-7:30 PM ET (virtually) and 4th Saturday at 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM ET at The Park Expo & Conference Center, located at 800 Briar Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC 28205. An optional, 30-minute Q&A will follow each session. The dates and topics are as follows:

• Tuesday, Jan. 7th: 6-7:30pm (virtual) – Strategic Planning for 2025
• Saturday, Jan. 25th: 10-11:30am (in-person) – Developing a Growth Plan
• Tuesday, Feb. 4th: 6-7:30pm (virtual) – Creating a Marketing Plan
• Saturday, Feb. 22nd: 10-11:30am (in-person) – Accountability Chart/ Organizational Structure
• Tuesday, Mar. 4th: 6-7:30pm (virtual) – Quarterly and Annual Employee Reviews
• Saturday, Mar. 22nd: 10-11:30am (in-person) – Business Financial Statements
