Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No. There isn't. However, the venue has a bar which is subject to ID.
What's the refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds and tickets are non-transferable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. There is no admission without your ticket. You can also show your Tickets/QR Codes in email / the Eventbrite App.
Cancellation of events
- Where an event is cancelled, you will be entitled to claim a refund.
- Refunds shall only be made to you, using the same method that you used to purchase the tickets.
- Refunds will be for the face value of the ticket. No processing fees will be included in the refund.
Rescheduling or postponements of events
Where an event is rescheduled, postponed or where there is a material change to the programme of the event, a refund will not be given and your ticket will be valid for the new date of the event.
