King Trumpet Mushroom Workshop

Join us in the LOWER GARDEN of our Downtown Campus as Ryan Mooney gives you everythign you need to know and grow King Oysters Mushrooms, a.k.a Trumpet Mushrooms at home!

Trumpet Mushrooms are not only a delicious culinary delight but they contain beta-glucans, which can boost the immune system and reduce inflammation. They also contain ergothioneine, an antioxidant that can help fight inflammation and signs of aging. King trumpet mushrooms are also a good source of niacin, a B vitamin that can support brain function and protect against cognitive decline.

Each ticket covers the cost of one grow kit and entry for two people into the workshop.

The workshop will be held in our lower garden, behind our office building at 206 Charles Street, 22401.
