Kinetic Body Flow

In this one of a kind event, you’ll flow through a guided yoga sequence while using your movement to create a piece of visual art. Think of it as drawing with your body. Each pose leaves a mark on paper, capturing your practice in real time.
All art supplies and paper will be provided.
