The Williamsport Area School District’s kindergarten and new student registration week is scheduled for March 17-21.
Children must be age 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2025, to enroll.
All registrations for the 2025-2026 school year will occur from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the District Service Center, 2780 West Fourth St. Registration will be handled alphabetically by last name. No appointments need to be scheduled in the system. Parents/guardians must attend in person on the dates below:
* Monday, March 17: A-F
* Tuesday, March 18: G-L
* Wednesday, March 19: M-S
* Thursday, March 20: T-Z
* Friday, March 21: Open A-Z
All students will be assigned to their home area school if they are registered by June 5.
Parents may begin to register online beginning Feb. 1 to complete the process in as little as 15 minutes on these dates for the in-person registration at https://www.wasd.org/parents-students/registration/student-registration
Whether registered in advanced or on the scheduled date, all supporting documentation must be brought to ensure registration can be completed. Required documentation is the child’s birth certificate, guardian identification (driver’s license, state ID, etc.), proof of residence, child’s immunization records to-date, and Record of School-Age Dental Examination and Medical Examination, if completed.
