Our FREE dance performance community is open to kids and teens pk4-12th grade. We are open to all kids but have a large population of Homeschool and Christian Schoolers. We practice every Monday evening with Group 1 Pk4-1st graders going from 6:00-6:30 Group 2 1st-3rd graders from 6:30-7:00 and Group 3 4th-12th graders going from 7:00-8:00 sometimes a bit longer. The only cost is to buy your child or teen a fine NON HALLOWEEN costume, traditional German Outfit to perform in. Girls wear a Dirndle and boys wear Lederhosen. We do rent out Lederhosen but not all sizes are available. We do perform a variety of technical dances and skills are developed over time so our windows to join are limited. We perform a variety of Traditional Germanic partner dances where boys are generally leads and girls are generally follows with some girls performing both rolls when needed. Plenty of our dances are mixers so all leads will eventually dance with all follows. We also do some dances that are only Boy dances and only Girl dances. Come out and see us.
THERE IS NO REGISTRATION. JUST SHOW UP. We will get your information there.
Note: If you decide to join our community for this season you are expected to come to every practice and if you miss too many practices you will be kindly asked to come back next season. Our dances can get complicated and they need to be practiced.
