Please come in support to workout with us at our annual kimstrong ‘community’ comp…held on the last Saturday every July since 2017 we have hosted this event to celebrate the strength to Be Your Own Superhero in all sorts of adversity in life.
This year we raise funds for Bears of Hope in honour of bubbas within our CrossFit family and community that have left us earthside all too soon. All profits will be donated.
Mixed Pairs. With programmed wods that will mean you will need to lean on your pair, let them use their strengths…but also ask you to use yours, in reflection of how life can take on a huge ask of you for one rep at a time in your own personal AMRAP.
