Join Ger Liang Tysk, owner of Red Kettle Foods, to learn how to make kimchi - a flavorful, versatile fermented food that features Napa cabbage, carrots, and other vegetables that are in season right now!Please wear comfortable clothes and come prepared to do some light cooking (i.e. cutting vegetables and mixing).
Note: While kimchi is not always vegan, the kind you will be making in this workshop is!
This class will be held in The Pod, the large building on the farm which has a GPS address of 254 Log Cabin Road. Before or after the class, feel free to visit our farm store which is just down the path!
