Coraz bliżej święta, coraz bliżej święta… 🎅🎄 Od lat nie wyobrażamy ich sobie bez kiermaszowych domów stojących na placu przed naszym Gmachem Głównym. W tym roku spotykamy się już po raz dziesiąty 🤩
Co czeka nas podczas jubileuszowego Kiermaszu Świątecznego?
🎅 W domku PW - tradycyjnie - pojawią się uczelniane gadżety, m.in. bluzy, koszulki, czapki zimowe, czapki z daszkiem, kubki, filiżanki, kultowe skarpetki, bombki w kształcie Gmachu Głównego, torby i nerki wykonane z materiałów reklamowych (takich jak bannery, roll-upy czy ścianki) czy nowa seria miodów z naszej pasieki. Będą także czekolady i pierniki. Wśród gadżetów nie zabraknie akcentów związanych z 200-leciem PW.
💰 Wszystkie te gadżety będzie można zdobyć w zamian za datek do puszki. Zebrane w ten sposób fundusze trafią na Stypendium pod choinkę - specjalne wyróżnienie dla studentów i doktorantów PW 👩‍🎓🧑‍🎓 zaangażowanych w promocję naszej Uczelni i odnoszących sukcesy. Niezmiennie datki przyjmujemy tylko w gotówce (najbliższy bankomat znajduje się w holu Gmachu Głównego).
🎁 Poza politechnicznym domkiem będą jeszcze inne - i to więcej niż w kilku ostatnich latach - tak, żeby jeszcze mocniej poczuć świąteczny klimat. Tam będzie się można zaopatrzyć m.in. w sery, ciasta, chleby, herbaty, zdrowe przekąski, świece, ręcznie robione torby i chusty, obrazy olejne, akwarele, rękodzieło z kamieni naturalnych, ozdoby i dekoracje świąteczne.
Pierwszy dzień Kiermaszu, czyli 4 grudnia będzie pełen wrażeń. O godz. 12.00 spotkamy się przed Gmachem Głównym i:
🎓 ogłosimy laureatów tegorocznej edycji Stypendium pod choinkę i wręczymy im nagrody,
🎄 przekażemy choinki dla Wydziałów PW,
🏛 zaprezentujemy zupełnie nową świąteczną iluminację Gmachu Głównego.
Wstęp na Kiermasz Świąteczny PW jest wolny. Gorąco zachęcamy wszystkich do udziału i budowania z nami jedynej w swoim rodzaju atmosfery. W tym roku świętujemy podwójnie - bo cieszymy się nie tylko Kiermaszem, ale także jubileuszem #200latPW ❤️

Christmas is coming! 🎅🎄 For years, we can’t imagine this season without the festive booths set up in the square in front of our Main Building. This year, we are meeting for the tenth time already 🤩
What awaits us at the jubilee Christmas Market?
🎅 In the WUT booth you will traditionally find University-themed gadgets, including hoodies, T-shirts, winter hats, baseball caps, mugs, cups, our iconic socks, ornaments shaped like the Main Building, as well as tote bags and waist bags made from upcycled promotional materials (such as banners, roll-ups or backdrops). There will also be a new series of honey from our university apiary, plus chocolates and gingerbread. Among the gadgets, there will be special items celebrating WUT’s 200th anniversary.
💰 All these gadgets can be obtained in exchange for a donation to the collection box. The funds raised this way will go to the Christmas Grant - a special award for WUT students and doctoral candidates 👩‍🎓🧑‍🎓 who are involved in promoting our University and achieving success. As always, donations are accepted in cash only (the nearest ATM is located in the Main Building hall).
🎁 Besides the WUT booth, there will be many more - more than in recent years - to enhance the festive spirit even further. You’ll be able to buy cheese, cakes, bread, teas, healthy snacks, candles, handmade bags and scarves, oil paintings, watercolours, jewellery made from natural stones, and Christmas decorations and ornaments.
The first day of the Market, 4 December, will be filled with special moments. At 12:00 p.m., we will gather in front of the Main Building:
🎓 we will announce the winners of this year’s Christmas Grant and present their awards,
🎄 hand out Christmas trees to WUT faculties,
🏛 reveal an all-new Christmas illumination of the Main Building.
Admission to the WUT Christmas Market is free. We warmly encourage everyone to join us and help create a truly unique atmosphere. This year, we’re celebrating twice - not only the Market itself, but also the #200yearsofWUT ❤️
