Kid’s Food Making Workshops - Paisley Food and Drink Festival 2026

As part of this year’s Paisley Food Festival, Sport & Culture Edition, we’re inviting young food champions to step into the kitchen and create their very own gold medal winning fuel!

Power up like a pro!

In this hands-on session, children will create their own handmade Rice krispie & raisin cereal bars packed with natural energy and perfect for fuelling a busy day of sport, play and adventure.

Mix, press, shape and wrap your very own champion snack to take home. Whether you're training for the playground or powering through a festival day, this is energy fit for a winner!

Shake things up!

Inspired by teamwork, culture and bold flavours, our Forest Berry Cooler is a refreshing, fruit-packed drink bursting with vibrant colour and flavour.

Children will muddle rich forest berry compote, swirl in raspberry coulis and shake it all together with crisp apple juice to create their own signature festival cooler.

Shaken, not stirred and 100% refreshing.

Perfect for young foodies, mini athletes and creative minds alike.

Saturday 25th April 2026

• Session 1: 12.00 – 12.45pm
• Session 2: 1.15 – 2.00pm
• Session 3: 2.30 – 3.15pm
• Session 4: 3.45 – 4.30pm
• Session 5: 5.00 – 5.45pm

Who Can attend?

• Free activity
• Workshops are suitable for ages 4years+. Please note kids must be accompanied by an adult.
• Wheelchair accessible
• 18 children per booked session

Every child attending the workshop will require a ticket, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Parents or guardians do not need to reserve a seperate ticket.
