KidsPeace Fayetteville Annual Auction Presented by Re-Store Warehouse

This event features local artists turning old, beat-up items, tables, windows and chairs into pieces of art. Once they are complete, Raul Rubiera will contribute his time and talents to photograph each one. The items will then be on display at various events and businesses around Fayetteville. Join us celebrating our 10th year a focus on more formal pieces of art on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden - Fayetteville, NC. We will auction off all of the gorgeous creative pieces of art to raise money for the local KidsPeace Foster Care Children’s Fund.

Featuring both silent and live auctions; Bill McMillan will be our live Auctioneer.

What do chairs, tables and windows have to do with KidsPeace you might ask? These chairs come to us a lot like the foster kids do… Torn, tattered, scuffed up, banged up, bruised and broke. The “restoring” of these chairs, tables and windows represents the foster families helping the kids. Providing a little love, care and special attention can go a long way. We sell these chairs to raise awareness and to put something once jaded back into the world with a new beginning.
