Miss Molly will be sharing lots of mindful fun in this creative and engaging workshop. Students will enjoy physical movement and mindfulness practices and learn to create their own yoga practice sequence. These practices help create self-regulation and teach your child how to find calm. Mindfulness, movement, and creativity come together! Each child will get to take home a Moody Cow Calming Jar they created in our class, including a relaxation spray and a mala for meditation!
$25 for each child
$15 for each additional child in a family
Reminder: We kindly ask parents/guardians to promptly drop off yogis + pick-up when the offering is complete. This will allow yogis the space to connect with those around them!
