Kids Yoga Workshop

Give your little one the gift of yoga! This fun-filled, one-hour workshop invites children ages 5–10 to explore the world of yoga through playful movement, music, and games. Kids will learn age-appropriate yoga postures, team up for partner poses that build trust and connection, and discover simple breathing and mindfulness techniques to help them feel focused, calm, and confident.
