Kids Yoga Workshop led by RynnLearn about yoga in this special workshop designed around friendship, community, & kindness. Kids will play yoga games and explore the importance of the breath in coping with day to day stress. The workshop will conclude with a mindful art project.
No yoga experience needed, all abilities welcome! $20
