Kids Yoga Through Storytelling with Shereena

Welcome to **Kids Yoga Through Storytelling with Shereena**!
Join us every Wednesday and Thursday in April for a fun and interactive yoga session for children. Shereena will guide the kids through yoga poses and movements while weaving in storytelling elements to make the class interactive and engaging for every child. It's a great way for kids to learn yoga and fall in love with movement. Not to forget, the class focuses on enhancing social emotional learning skills through movement in ways which are relatable and can be implemented in a child's daily life.

This class is a spring pop up, offered as a series or drop in.

Wednesdays and Thursdays in April

3pm - 3.45pm: ages 2.5 -4 years

4pm - 4.45pm: ages 4.5 - 5 years

Adult participation not required but is welcome
