Join us for our amazing 4 week summer kids yoga series where we will explore not only yoga postures (asana) but learn breath work (pranyama) and meditation practices. All of these pieces will be presented in a way that is FUN, and be easy to integrate into their lives and guaranteed to become tools that they will use on their own.
