?Kids Yoga Camp at Soul Nectar YogaJoin us for an exciting and fun-filled Kids Yoga Camp at Soul Nectar Yoga! Our camp is designed to introduce children to the wonderful world of yoga through playful activities, creative movement, and mindfulness exercises.
? Session Dates:
- August Session: August 6, 7, 8
Time: 1:00 - 2:30 PM
Cost: $75 per child/ per session (includes all 3 days)
What to Expect:
- Yoga and Movement: Kids will learn basic yoga poses and sequences through engaging games and activities.
- Mindfulness and Relaxation: We'll introduce simple breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to help kids relax and focus.
- Creative Expression: Arts and crafts, storytelling, and music will be incorporated to enhance their experience.
- Fun and Friendship: A great opportunity for kids to make new friends and enjoy a supportive, fun environment.
Our experienced and kid-friendly instructors will ensure that every child feels welcomed and encouraged. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Suggested Ages 6-11. Just bring a positive attitude and a sense of adventure!
