Our classes are inclusive, child-directed, developmentally appropriate, and most importantly, fun! Expect kid-friendly poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, games, relaxation, and music. Children will build strength, focus, and flexibility along with kindness, compassion, and self-regulation in our 8-week series. This is a kids-only class.
