Kids Yoga Series: Calm, Confident, and Kind with Abby Dorsey

Help your child grow strong in body, calm in mind, and confident in themselves this fall. This engaging yoga series, inspired by the playful approach of Kidding Around Yoga, blends movement, music, and mindfulness in a fun, supportive setting.

Through games, creative poses, and relaxation, kids learn tools to manage stress, focus their attention, and express themselves in healthy ways to develop skills they can carry into everyday life. Each class ends with a peaceful wind-down so they leave feeling happy, centered, and proud of what they’ve accomplished.
