In this 45 minute event, kids will enjoy a 45 minute yoga class and salt cave experience! Bring your children to Be Happy for fun, calm and to receive the benefits of yoga & Himalayan Salt! This once a month event introduces children to a fun, non-competitive physical activity that encourages self-esteem and body awareness. Yoga helps children with coordination, relaxation techniques and offers a sense of calmness through the practice of fun poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, breathing & relaxation. The Himalayan Salt Cave calms children with soft music and dim lights and color therapy. The salt on the ground feels like sand and the children get to play! Please register in advance as space is limited. Mats are provided. Ages 2-10, $15We do have space limitations should a parent wish to be with their child during Kid's yoga & salt cave. Please be respectful of the instructor and other parents due to the restricted space. If a parent would like to enjoy a 25 minute Himalayan salt cave during kids yoga, and then remain in the cave during their child's stay, you may do so for only $10. (sign up-space is limited! $6 savings)
