Kids Yoga: Grown Up and Me Yoga(Designed for 3 - 10 yrs. with an adult)

Build connection and play together. Each class we'll have a new fun theme to explore during this 1-hour yoga class. The class will incorporate gentle movement, experiment with balance, activities, games, breath work, plus enjoy a mindful craft. This playful yet grounding practice fosters connection, self-awareness, and joy, offering a meaningful way to bond, relax, and grow together. This class is designed for 3-10 year olds however, older children can attend as it is fun for all ages. If you have yoga mats, please bring them to class. Limited mats are available.
$20 per class (Price includes 1 child and an adult for an hour class including the craft.)
$5 for an additional sibling
