Calling all parents! I am starting up our Kid's Yoga Program NEXT FRIDAY! I know the flyer says 6+, but I am happy to take on younger children if a parent can attend to support their experience. The experience is 4 sessions of 4 weeks, but it's no big deal if your child needs to miss 1. Participating children will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, games, songs, & more to support their bodily awareness, emotion regulation, fine & gross motor skills, physical mobility, and more!
