Kids Yoga

Our children’s yoga classes are fun & interactive.

We explore themes & co-create the class with the children. It's all about teamwork & collaboration as well as adding an educational element to each class. We practice breathwork & relaxation in a fun & engaging way.

Yoga-inspired movement sessions are brought to life with storytelling & imagination. We capture the magic of childhood by exploring a multi-sensory approach which develops physical & communication skills – a critical factor in positive life outcomes. Mindfulness & breath awareness are introduced with playful games & activities, giving children strategies for their future mental well-being.

Strength, balance, & co-ordination skills are mastered as concentration & physical confidence flourish. Essential creative pathways connect while valuable life skills – relaxation & mindfulness – are learned.

The session will be led by Nicolas Tang, who has achieved a Yoga 200 YTT Certificate and started kids' yoga classes since 2023.
