Introducing Kids Yoga Dance - Where Imagination Takes Flight!We are calling all little Yogis and Dancers aged 4 to 6…
Join us for a magical 10 - week journey filled with laughter, movement, and creativity. This Saturday morning weekly class is designed to spark joy and nurture both the bodies and minds of your little ones.
Each session is a whirlwind of fun and exploration in a playful fusion of Yoga poses and dance movements. The backdrop is imagination and adventure, and each moment is an opportunity for self-expression and discovery.
We also weave in simple and accessible mindfulness practices to help our little ones centre themselves and find calm amidst all the excitement.
At the end of class, we relax for a few minutes, before enjoying some delicious healthy snacks (let us know about any dietary requirements for your bubba) in the company of our new-found friends.
Classes are 45 minutes of moving and grooving, and 15 minutes to relax and snack.
