Kid's Yoga Classes

Our monthly kid's yoga event is perfect for young children who want to stretch their bodies and explore the world of yoga in a playful and engaging way. Our experienced instructor will guide your child through a series of yoga poses set to upbeat music, encouraging them to move, groove, and let their inner light shine. Your child will have a blast while learning important life skills such as focus, self-awareness, and relaxation. *Classes for 2-3 year olds run from 10am to 10:30am. A parent/caregiver is required to participate with their child during this class.*

*Classes for 4-8 year olds runs from 10:45am-11:30am. Parents are not required to participate for this class, but are welcome to join! *
