Kids Yoga at Good Pressure

Join us for a playful morning of movement, games, and creativity led by Mary Nguyen, a yoga instructor based in San Carlos.

Mary will guide kids through a fun, sun-themed yoga flow designed to keep them moving and engaged. Parents and caregivers are welcome to join in during the yoga portion, too.

After yoga, we’ll wind things down with a craft: each child will create their own beaded fairy lights to take home.

Parent + 1 Child: $35
Additional Child: $15

Space is limited to just 12 total attendees, including adults and children, so early registration is encouraged.

No yoga experience necessary. Just bring a yoga mat, your little ones, and their energy — we’ll provide the rest!
