Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Workshop with Jackie!
Join us for a kids yoga and mindfulness workshop from 9:30 to 10:30 with Jackie Schultz. Kids of all ages and families welcome! Prepare to twist and bend your body into different poses inspired by the spooky season, followed by a mindfulness craft!
What to expect:
When: Saturday, October 4th, 9:30 am
Where: City Hall
Cost: Donation
Ages: Kids all Ages
Teacher: Jackie Schultz
For kids under 5, we ask that an adult stay in the workshop with them. For children 5 and older, parents are welcome to head into the coffee shop or welcome to stay and participate!
What to bring:
- A yoga mat (if you have, there will be a few extras to share)
- A closed water bottle
