Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Class

Drop your kids off for an hour of yoga and mindfulness. Your child will be guided through a series of simple yoga poses, mindfulness activities and more! This class has two teachers in order to ensure your child is well cared for while you get to take class at TruFusion!
