Little Souls has been designed to give children the tools to manage life’s stressors by providing yoga to kids in a fun and engaging way.
KIDS YOGA - DINGLEY VILLAGE
Little Souls has been designed to equip children with essential tools for managing life’s inevitable stressors. By introducing healthy coping strategies through yoga, breath and mindfulness practices, we aim to establish positive patterns that will significantly impact how the child responds to the world.
Our 8-week program is delivered in a fun, explorative and compassionate environment that encourages kids to learn emotional regulation and build greater resilience.
By integrating yoga and mindfulness practice's early in a child’s development, as a parent, you’re making a conscious choice to lay a strong foundation for lifelong health and well-being for your child. Through consistent practice, children develop better focus, reduced anxiety, improved capacity for handling stress, greater emotional regulation and intelligence and improved physical well-being.
Term starts September 16th. Tickets available are a HALF or FULL TERM. HALF TERM gives your child 1 yoga class per week and FULL TERM gives you access to 2 yoga classes per week (please refer to the below timetable to check the class times/age groups)
