Kid's Winter Yoga Workshop - Yoga District Bloomingdale - Sat. Jan 4

Children ages 6 - 8 years old are invited to join Jackie and Steph for a 90-minute winter yoga journey! Practicing yoga and mindfulness during childhood can create a powerful sense of self-awareness, confidence, playfulness, and can be a great tool for self-soothing.Together, we will make new friends while practicing yoga postures and mindfulness techniques through movement, song, games, and stories. Bring a playful spirit, no yoga experience required. Caretakers are encouraged to drop their child off for the workshop.
