We will be holding a fun Thanksgiving holiday camp for our little chefs where they will learn the fundamentals of the culinary arts, including basic cooking techniques, knife skills, baking, sauces, and much more. In each class, students learn to plan and execute recipes that include an appetizer, main dishes and desserts. At the completion of each class, students come together to enjoy their creations. Our chef instructors are classically trained and have many years experience teaching this program. WHO MAY ATTEND
Children 7 through 14 who are interested in exploring the culinary arts.
CLASS SIZE
Smaller class size means greater opportunity to interact. No more than 24 children per class. Campers will work in groups to prepare multiple recipes each day.
SCHEDULE
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 9:30am to 12:30 pm. You must register for all 3 days. No credits issued for missing a class. No exceptions. Thank you.
Masks will be required for all campers.
