What a fun-filled day we will have while exploring sound healing instruments, including gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, rain sticks, chimes, rattles, and more.
In addition to learning about sound healing & learning to play all of the instruments, we will also have a gentle yoga flow (no experience required,) breathwork meditation, shamanic drumming share, gong sandwich vibrational experience, and have a drum circle. I will also facilitate a sound bath for them, of course!
Please bring a lunch and any specific snacks your child(ren) can enjoy while here. I will have water, lemonade, & herbal teas. Attendees should wear comfy clothes and bring their own hydration container with lid.
Check-in is at 10:45 AM so that we can begin the day's itinerary at 11 AM. During the check-in, a parent or legal guardian will need to sign a waiver on behalf of the minor child(ren,) inform me of any medical conditions/contraindications to sound healing and provide contact information so that you/they can be reached, if necessary. Pickup time is at 5 PM sharp. You may come a little earlier if you wish or pop in at any time. ?
Space is limited. Your PREPAYMENT of $50 per child reserves your spot(s).
