Kids Snack and Learn

We invite you to join us for a healthy snack during our nutrition education series, Snack and Learn! Each week we will enjoy a different snack and cover various topics that will help us to learn how to choose and prepare healthy options for ourselves and our families. 

We can't wait to discover together how each of the five food groups helps our bodies! We will learn through fun projects, song, dance, and cooking!
