Kids Self Defense Class

Does your child have the confidence, skills and a plan to survive a potentially dangerous and scary situation? This class aims to train children and parents in self defense and open conversation for continued training together as a family unit

In this 1 hour class your child will learn how to recognize potential threats, awareness and evasion techniques, strikes and escapes as well as anti-abduction car techniques, plus much, much more!!!
