The Mom Comm Kids Run Club is an innovative empowerment program using running and physical fitness as a TOOL to teach powerful life lessons. Focusing on core empowerment principles, this program gives children specific tools and skills to tackle running, as well as other challenges they will face in life.
During our this season, we will train and work towards running a mile and celebrate with an end of season Celebratory run (more details to come) on November 4th.
