Children ages 7 to 12 learn techniques from martial arts as is Tai-chi and Qigong, ninja style ( we use a rope on hands ) adapted for their age which empowers their immune system, motor gross/fines skills and helps them understand their bodies through breathing and moving in fun ways learnng to control their nervous system and feel relaxed and controled when harships arrive.
