9-14 Years Old (older kiddos can take our Introductory Pottery Wheel Classes)
This 90 minute pottery wheel class is designed especially for kids who are curious about clay and want to give the wheel a try for the very first time. Guided by our instructor, students will learn the basics of working on the pottery wheel and create a simple form in a fun, supportive environment that focuses on exploration rather than perfection. No prior experience is needed.
Parents or guardians are asked to stay on site during the class, and comfortable seating will be provided. All materials are included, and each child’s piece will be fired after class, making it food safe and ready for pickup approximately 2–3 weeks later.
