Kids Pizza Class (Ticket for 1 adult and 1 child ages 3 to 12)

At La Scuola, our mission is to spread the knowledge of Italian cooking and cuisine to fellow Italian food lovers, both young and old. We believe that good food brings people together in every way, so for this special class, we are inviting smaller chefs (children ages 3 to 12) to accompany you to our classroom. Join us at La Scuola di Eataly Toronto to discover how to make a delicious Pizza al Padellino!

Pizza al padellino is a type of pizza that is baked in small, round pans. Typically served in Torino, pizza al padellino has a thick soft crust, that gets slightly browned on the outside when baking. A pizza that gets crunchy and golden on the bottom but stays soft and chewy on top. It can be topped with a variety of ingredients.

You and the young chefs will discover the magic behind their favourite dish and have fun while learning how to reproduce the same recipe at home, anytime they want. In this great learning opportunity, you and the young chefs will have time to enjoy their own dish and learn more about the fascinating world of the Italian cuisine.

This class is a way for your kids to learn valuable techniques that they can practice in their own kitchen, too!

In this class guests will:

• Learn about pizza and how to make it at home
• Learn how to make their own pizza dough
• Prepare an authentic pizza for each person of their own and enjoy what you have prepared
• Take home the adapted recipes and dough you created in class.

Payment, refund & cancellation policies 

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. For groups of 4-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. For groups of up to 3 guests, a minimum of 2 days' notice is required to receive a credit for a future class or event at La Scuola. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply. Credits issued for La Scuola events are redeemable ONLY for future La Scuola events and cannot be used to register for events in other parts of the marketplace or exchanged for store credit or Eataly gift cards.
