12:00 – 12:15 | Welcome & Setup

• Kids check in and get seated.
• Drinks & light snacks available.

12:15 – 1:00 | Paint Session #1

• Guided painting activity with simple, fun theme.
• Kids follow along or paint freely.

1:00 – 1:20 | Snack & Play Break

• Juice & snacks provided.
• Short play games (Simon Says, Freeze Dance, etc.).

1:20 – 2:00 | Paint Session #2

• Continue artwork or start a new painting.
• Helpers provide support and encouragement.

2:00 – 2:30 | Group Games & Free Play

• Fun group activities (musical chairs, outdoor play, or coloring table).

2:30 – 2:50 | Art Showcase

• Kids share their paintings with the group.
• Optional group photo with finished artwork.

2:50 – 3:00 | Closing & Goodbyes

• Final snacks & drinks.
• Hand kids their artwork to take home.
• Clean up and farewells.
