Our first FREE event in New Port Richey!Meet us at the Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park Playground for a nature color hunt! This event is for ages 0-4. The park has a “story walk” trail for kids that we will be doing our hunt on. It is stroller friendly as well. Our goal is to motivate children to find ways to connect with and learn in nature. This hands-on, interactive activity will also help teach colors. Your children are not expected to complete this activity on their own. We encourage caregiver & child interaction. Although this event is free, there is a suggested donation of $5. It’s not mandatory, but would help cover the cost of materials. This event is child led and everyone’s able to complete it at their own pace. I’ll be at the playground handing out the nature color wheels and a bag of clothespins! My name is Morgan ?
Please do your best to sign up by May 14th so I can prepare the accurate amount of materials! I will bring a few extra for last minute participants. Hope to see you there!
