June 2: Field Day Workout
July 14: Hero Workout
August 25: S.W.E.A.T. (Strength, work ethic, emotional and mental awareness, attitude, and teamwork)
September 15: Hero Workout
A few things to know:
-All participants must fill out a fitness waiver in advance through the website or on site. You only have to fill it out once and it's good all summer, for any class! https://bit.ly/3y0EcOx
-Please arrive early to allow time to check in and set up.
