Kids Mental Health Day is a FREE, vibrant, full-day community event dedicated to promoting kids’ mental health through engaging, family-friendly activities designed by experts to boost mental wellness.

Parents and caregivers will receive free resources in both Spanish and English created by mental health experts to empower them to raise strong, confident kids ready to take on life's challenges.
