Does your child love drawing, making up stories, manga, or anime?
Let’s Draw Manga! is a fun and creative workshop where children can learn how to draw manga characters and bring them to life with guidance from a professional manga artist.
Children will have fun drawing facial expressions, emotions, and creating their own manga in a relaxed and supportive environment.

- Create their own character step by step
- Practice drawing faces, expressions, and simple character poses
- Make a short manga comic that they can take home
- Explore their creativity, and express themselves through art

This session is designed to help children build confidence, creativity, and drawing skills while keeping things fun, engaging, and accessible for all levels. Children will enjoy a relaxed creative space where they can stay fully engaged, learn real artistic skills, develop focus, and be guided by a professional manga artist.

Everything needed for the workshop can be provided, though children are welcome to bring their favourite sketchbook and pencils if they like.

Duration: 75 minutes
Each child must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian.
One accompanying adult attends free of charge and does not require a separate ticket. Additional accompanying adults must purchase a separate ticket to participate.
Adults cannot attend without a child.
👩🏻🏫 About the Tutor
Elena Vitagliano is an award-winning Italian manga artist, illustrator, and educator based in London.
She is the first European woman to win the prestigious Grand Prix at the Silent Manga Audition and the first European female artist to be published on Shonen Jump Plus.
Elena has delivered workshops for institutions including Japan House London, the V&A Museum, the British Museum, as well as leading creative schools and institutions.
Her teaching style combines professional guidance with an encouraging and supportive approach, helping kids develop skills, confidence, and their own creative voice.
