Kids in the Kitchen for 6-12 year old

Teaching kids how to cook and eat healthy, plant-based foods has a huge impact in their lives and in the future of the planet. In each class kids will learn about safety in the kitchen, how to handle knives, healthy habits, and they will cook one healthy and tasty recipe to take home! Games and fun are included of course!

You can register for one class only, or to all of them!

Leader: Cristina Macena is a Nutrition Educator and Natural Juice Therapy Practitioner. She has been juicing for the last 15 years and has prepared many juices for the people who come to the Urban Life Center Juice Bar!
