Kids Herb & Veggie Planting and Book Crafting Class with Rohi's Readery

We're teaming up with our friends at Rohi's Readery to bring you a special event that kids of all ages can enjoy on Father's Day!

Join us Sunday, June 20th from 11am to noon at the new Rohi's Readery in Rosemary Square to plant your own veggies, herbs, or flowers! The Garden Shoppe will have an array of herb, flower, and vegetable plants to choose from and will guide you in potting and caring for your new plants. Kids will get to learn more about where our food comes from and will take home their own herb or vegetable plant to continue growing at home. For the second part of the class Rohi's Readery will guide kids and their parents in creating a how-to book where they draw what they learned and have a written reflection of what they accomplished!

Ticket price includes one herb or vegetable plant, one pot, and The Garden Shoppe's custom soil blend to plant with as well as all of the materials to craft the how-to book.
